I know this question because I have lived it.

For years, I tried to do things the "right" way.

Be professional.
Be agreeable.
Be successful.
Don't be too loud.
Don't make things uncomfortable.
Be the person everyone could count on.

Like so many women, I became incredibly skilled at adapting, achieving, and surviving.

But eventually I realized something:

The woman I had become was not the woman I was meant to stay.

My own journey through change, loss, rebuilding, and reinvention became the catalyst for understanding the patterns that shape so many women's lives.

The expectations.
The conditioning.
The identities we inherit.
The ways we learn to shrink, overgive, and disconnect from ourselves.

That became the foundation for my work.
