My Story

For years, I did everything “right.” I built the career, chased success, and gave my all to everyone around me — but underneath the achievements, I felt empty, unseen, and disconnected from who I truly was.

I overgave in relationships. I said yes when I meant no. I silenced my truth to avoid disappointing others.

On the outside, I was successful. Inside, I was resentful, burnt out, and quietly angry — emotions I didn’t yet know were my compass back to power.

Until one day, everything cracked open.

Sitting in rush-hour traffic on a Friday afternoon, I realized I couldn’t do it anymore. That moment became my turning point. I quit my job, ended the situationship, sold everything I owned, and moved to Southeast Asia — not to escape, but to remember who I was.

There, I learned how to:

• Release the rage, resentment, and shame I’d spent years suppressing.

• Set boundaries without guilt.

• Speak my truth even when it made others uncomfortable.

• Balance my feminine and masculine energy.

• Trust my intuition and divine timing.

I came home as a woman who no longer tried to please everyone to be chosen — because I had already chosen myself.

That awakening became the foundation of my work: helping women alchemize suppressed emotion into their highest expression of power, purpose, influence, and impact.
